A. We ship from our partnered warehouses in the US and China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

A. It will usually take 7-25 business days for all orders to arrive in the US. Some deliveries may take upto 30-36 business days due to covid or full refund guaranteed. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location. The given shipping/delivery times are estimates calculated from the date an order is out for shipment, keeping in mind the transit time.
Please note: Deliveries may take longer than expected because of incorrect shipping address, bad weather, stringent customs clearance procedures, or any other unavoidable circumstances.
