Refund Policy

OUR 30 DAY WARRANTY

All products come with a FREE replacement warranty for 30 days from delivery in the following cases: If your purchase does not match the description or if the item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order - we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved.
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or refund all your payment.
For defective, damaged or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us at support@springsaga.com - we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.
Please note: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

In order to receive your refund please follow the steps below:

  • We don't offer a Return service, but we offer replacement or refunds in case of damage of goods or incorrect items shipped.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, then we may offer partial refunds.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: support@springsaga.com

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange/ replacement it for the same item, send us an email at: support@springsaga.com

Sale/Promotion items (if applicable)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Invalid Reasons for Refunds:

  1. Buyer no longer wants the items - This is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Spring Saga. The buyer should make sure he/she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
  2. Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else - Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER OR HAVE A CHANGE REQUEST?

We accept 12 hours notice to cancel an order or update any changes such as Quantity, Color, Size, or Shipping Address information. Just feel free to contact us. We're available 24/7 at support@springsaga.com.

Please note: Any request received after 12 hours period will no longer be accepted because we process orders immediately. Changes to orders cannot be made once processed. We will still do our best to get a hold or cancel your order after 12 hours period but no guarantee. If we were able to do so, you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee on account of the cost we incur for the item already being in production.
